I would think that you should start out with an easy combo package like the 64kbps/ 25 listener slots.
This would start you out with 25 concurrent slots at 64 kbps which you can add to later. You would also get 1000 hours monthly royalty coverage as well as 2GB web Hosting. Contact us at billing@webradioworld.com if you would like to sign up. Many thanks for you r post.

please refer to here
http://webradioworld.com/modules/mastop_publish/?tac=Small_Webcasters_Royalty_Coverage But if our station DLs music from illegal sources, MIPI (Australian Piracy squad) and ARIA will kick our ass! So the answer is obvious... it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL! get music from a music store like everyone else! sheesh!

Is it legal just to shoot somebody because you feel like it? :)
you cannot download music from anywhere and re-broadcast it without paying royalties (and holding a broadcasters licence)

Web Radio World is pleased to announce that we have agreed terms with MCPS-PRS, the royalty collection agency authorized to collect royalties on behalf the best songwriters, composers and music publishers in the world.
As you know Web Radio World already covers royalty payments for Record Companies Why do you need to pay to use music? If you play music in your business or want to include it in your product you need clearance to do so from the owners of that music. PRS and MCPS represent the owners and can get you the clearances you need. We are a not-for-profit organization, enabling you access to the world's music in the most efficient way. We will be rolling out details of prices for this as well as combination prices for both PPL & MCPS-PRS and stream hosting. We will continue to offer the lowest prices in the world for all in one royalty coverage and hosting. Watch this space for more details.

Michael
We have looked over our product guide and royalty page and no where can we see where we said what you are stating it does. Could you please copy and paste the exact wording that is confusing you? Total Time Listening is ALWAYS calculated in hours. If it ever changes to minutes we would all be royally screwed. We look forward to hearing from you.
